A strategy, taking into account business impact, consumer needs and shifting expectations, layed out a long-term perspective that will guide Vanguard into the future. Elevating retirement preparedness beyond the industry standard of defined contribution, established a go-forward plan to position Vanguard as the partner for current and future-self.

  1. Strategy served as genesis for $18M investment in digital for FY20

  2. Set foundation for financial wellness offer - fully funded FY22-23

  3. Strategy laid framework for dedicated innovation team
